  • Erronus Billing Practices I am a huge fan of Fairmont Properties And have stayed in their gold floors in Winnipeg Whistler & Vancouver Airport As well as have stayed at the Fairmont San Francisco & The Palliser in Calgary Prior to this stay The service was good the room was good but sorry Billing is a nightmare I booked & prepaid my room online directly through Fairmont and prepaid the valet parking as well Then the put the standard hold for possible extras this is okay it's the norm Then in the Saturday if my stay ( Thursday April 26 to Monday April 30 ) They charge $18 to my card and no one at the hotel knows why and were very nonchalant bout it Not a big amount but the principal Then upon check out they charge me $120 for the prepaid valet parking And again I was met with a less then favorable response to my inquiry about the charges I will continue to use Fairmont properties in future But not in Calgary I do not appreciate billing errors and nonchalant attitudes when it comes to my funds. I have zero problem paying for services just not over & over again.
