  • I'm giving this Starbucks 1 star because of the few (2 to be exact) people that work there that actually do a great job. Unfortunately, the other people that work there are absolutely terrible. The customer service has gone down hill fast. This is our neighborhood Starbucks and as avid SB lovers, we get SB sometimes 2-3 times daily. Mobile ordering is encouraged on the SB app, but if you do mobile ordering DON'T bother with this store. You walk in, stand at the barista counter being completely ignored, no matter how many times you politely say "excuse me" to try to get anyone's attention, the more they will ignore you. I've even had several employees look straight at me after I said excuse me and then walk away as I am trying to explain I placed a mobile order. 99% of the time when I do finally get acknowledged, they are extremely rude, basically toss the drink across the counter and walk away (no smile, no thank you, NO STRAW) NOTHING. On top of that whether I do a mobile order, face to face order or drive-thru order, I never ever seem to get what I ordered. Just today as I went through the drive-thru, I pulled up to the ordering station and was "greeted" with a very snappy "what can I get you". Again, no "hi... thank you for choosing our Starbucks, this is ______ how can I help you today". I ordered my drink, and all she said was "we will see you at the window". I get to the window, wait for 2 minutes, again no hello or form of greeting, just opened the window, gave me my total, took my phone from my hand, handed me my phone and drink (at the same time because a trenta drink and an iPhone are easily grabbed with one hand), didn't give me a straw, didn't say a single word, just shut the window and walked away. I then waited at the window trying to get someone's attention because my order was AGAIN wrong and I had no straw. When she finally came back and I explained (very politely I may add) that the drink wasn't what I had ordered, she snatched it out of my hand, walked away and a minute later opens the window, hands me my drink and walks off again acting just as pissed off as she had the entire time. That was my final trip to this SB. Hopefully someone reads this and takes action on their employees because I know I'm not the only one that has experienced this from this store. It's rather sad really.
