So talking about professionalism, a few days ago I contacted the owner for a appointment Less than an hour later he sent a response back stating that he booked a couple months out and suggested me to see him in person and that was the only to know if he could squeeze me in between. I was very happy and willing to come in anytime for the consultation. So then I asked him when his first availability....and I got nothing for the answer!! I was wondering if I was rude or inappropriate, but I went back to check on the content of the email. I was polite!!!! Thought being the owner this gentleman supposed to know how to handle business in a much more professional manner. Advising: if u didn't want my business, just simply answered my question even though it was a lie, don't ignore customer!!! NOT COOL!!
