  • Amazing discovery thanks to Yelp recommendations. I hope they can keep the good service and outstanding food quality. The Collins hamburger was spectacular. Homemade, thick, cooked to perfection, onions, fried egg on a perfect piece of bread. You may have to drive a few minutes off the strip, but it is worth it. The only "minus" was that the coffee was not hot enough for me (I like it "boiling" hot ;-)
