  • Wow, can I say rundown? We checked in, hit the dirty elevators, got to our room and wow what a dump. We were not impressed with anything this hotel had to offer. We called front desk and advised that we were not happy with room and they agreed to give us a refund. Great customer service but really bad hotel. Rooms and hotel look nothing like the picture. Carpet in the room was filthy, the couch had stains and so did the bedding.
