  • This is unfortunate, but my Total Wine & More is degrading in customer service every other visit. Without bringing attention to my consumption, I frequent this establishment 3-4 times a month...at minimum. The senior employees are still consistent in being helpful and courteous, but the new bloods are not doing so well at that. Even in the cashier line I wanna wait in the longer line of a senior staff employee. So lets to tonights experience. The register belts are still to strong. The nice enough guy I guess, asked if the bottles could be removed from my hand basket and placed on the belt. I kindly did pretty much his job, because I'm not rude. He still moved the belt 6 inches nearly breaking my precious precious booze. I would say that you will need to take stand and keep those bottles in the basket. I suggest to wait for the White Shirt employees. I hope this protects your booze.
