rev:text	Lived here for 1 year. Biggest mistake of my life ... Train right next door keeps you up at night, building has filed for bankruptcy and it shows, building maintenance is scarce, building management is impotent, internet connectivtity is horrendous, tenant turnover is high, prices are inflated, having the ballpark across the street goes from novelty to nuisance in about 4 weeks. If you're thinking about living here I can tell you with 100% confidence that you are better off anywhere else.
