  • What a horrible hotel. If you wanted to actually sleep, stay somewhere else. We were put in the penalty box room right next to the elevator. All the noises from the elevator bank as well as guest noises amplied by the marble made it worse. No room service and a very unprofessional front desk. We are moving to the Hilton. There must a reason why this is a regional chain and not nationwide.
