  • Disappointed... Upon arrival I was greeted by an associate who looked busy but had a smile on her face and took a second to say hi and help me. I shopped for around an hour and finally made it to the check out. the registers were all busy but the line was moving. I was next to a register but couldn't see if the cashier was ready for me as there was a very tall man between us. I then peeked around him and the cashier with a disgusted scowl on here face called me up. She appeared as tho she was disgusted I didn't approach her first. I placed my items on the counter and the first words out of her mouth in a snippy voice were "didn't you know the robes are behind you in a package". I'm thinking to myself if I had known I would have picked a packaged one up. Thinking that was all I was going to be scolded for I simply smiled. She however wasn't done. She proceeded to say "didn't you know this is our display". Again I thought to myself had I known I wouldn't have taken it. Clearly they are the promotional item I'm the paying customer I should get whichever robe in the promotion I choose and who was it hurting anyway. I again thought that was the end but she had one more thing to add ... Again in her snippy nasty voice with scowled face "did you know your getting a LXL". At this point I'm feeling as though I need to defend myself. I told her yes I knew or I wouldn't have placed the item on the counter. I then proceeded to ask her why she was being so nasty and somehow her voice changed to a sweet apologetic angelic voice and a smile then appeared with an oh I'm sorry I didn't know I was coming across that way. Cashier Bayne please ask your manager to send you back to training. You also need to remember to offer/include other promotional items as I should have been given for purchasing philosophy products.
