  • I really wanted to give this place a 5 star rating, but after getting my jacket dry cleaned here I will never return. I dropped off my $750 winter coat here and they absolutely ruined it. I specifically told them I wanted it hand cleaned and steamed, not machine washed. It was machine washed (feathers came out, feathers in my pockets). I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM NOT TO TOUCH THE FUR on my hood, or wash it, at least 4 times I mentioned this. They didn't care. Clearly it was just thrown into a machine and washed. Totally ruined the inside feathers and beautiful fox fur on my hood. Talk about a waste of $750. Best part is I only paid $40. Which is proof enough that I did not want it cleaned, just simply hand cleaned. And the best part? It's not even friggin clean. Just as dirty as it was when I brought it in. Be forewarned!
