  • Horrible service this evening! Had to file an extensive complaint to the corporate office because of this establishemnt. Don't get me wrong, I like their wraps and smoothies, and have visited other locations without any issues, but the service here is TERRIBLE! The representatives don't seem to have any kind of customer service skills, and the ones making the food seem to still be in training (for weeks now). Hopefully corporate can get this issue resolved, otherwise I don't see this facility being in business much longer.
