I had a marvelous experience at this store just a few days ago. I had been to Walmart and went to purchase a TV. I had high expectations as I was looking for top quality and superior performance out of my new set. The Assistant Manager at Walmart who had helped me treated me like a second rate citizen. He lied to me and gave me false information. He acted as though I was putting him out and that my questions were irrelevant. I was livid and left the store. I went over to Best Buy which is right across Bell Rd from the Walmart. I stood in front of their walls of Tv's in awe at the difference in quality that I was seeing. Soon a young man walked up beside me and started speaking in a mild voice about the set I was looking at. I was surprised when I looked over to see he worked there. I thought it was just someone making small talk. His name started with an I. But I can't remember it to save my life. It was a unique name. Anyway his knowledge of that department blew me away. This was exactly the kind of service I was looking for. I was prepared to spend a pretty penny on my new purchase and wanted to make a wise choice. The pricing was a little steep but as I walked around the corner I saw a set that had been returned and the box had been opened. It was almost half the price of the one I was looking at. Needless to say I walked out with a beautiful 60" 8000 series Samsung 4K Quantum dot 240hz smart Television. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service I received this day in this store. Knowledge is key to doing your job. Good job I.
