This was our second time here and it was much busier than the first time we came but there was not a wait. Food took a long time to come out but we also didn't tell our waiter we had a movie to catch and our food wasn't going to make it out in time. We asked them to hold it for us and if we could pick it up afterwards. They kept it under the heater for us and the manager came by and offered us a $100 gift card for the inconvenience. It was our fault for not telling them we were going to a movie but the manager took it upon himself to accept responsibility. How amazing! We will definitely be back based on the customer service alone!
PS- meatballs and calamari are a must try!
