I went in to get my brakes fixed. He gave me an estimate that was extremely expensive but he insisted I needed it all done. After realizing I didn't need new calipers I told him not to do them. He was angry and was asking why over and over (I don't feel like I need to explain to you why I don't want a service done). He also charged my credit card twice. Once before he did the service and once after. I still haven't received a refund over a week later and have had to contact my bank regarding this. The manager, Charles, may seem nice at first, But if you don't do what he wants, he is very rude. I did leave a bad review in my Monroe survey and he contacted me only after corporate had contacted him about a bad review.
There is no reason he should be charging before a service!!! I now have a $2200 charge on my card for a brake repair
