  • I wish I would have read these reviews before picking this provider off of my insurance's list of providers. The first thing that should have steered me away was the fact that it is a dental group, so there are multiple dentists that practice out of that location. Multiple dentists = waiting room full of cattle because they're always running behind. I never got called back for my appointment less than 15 minutes late, no matter how early I showed up or what time of day it was (first thing in the morning or late in the evening). The straw that broke the camel's back for me came when I went back to get a permanent crown re-cemented. That's right, a permanent crown that THEY put in less than 6 months ago just popped out as I was eating some gummy candy (Dots). I rearrange my schedule to get in, only to have my mouth looked at by a dentist who has never seen me before and immediately says "oh, I don't work on these types of crowns!" Thanks for having me come in? I was told not only that I have to reschedule but that I have to go to the Ahwatukee location because the dentist I have to see (who is the one that originally did the crown) is no longer at the Tempe location and is the only dentist that does these apparently super special types of crowns. Total bullshit. I can't believe I have to see this asshat (who once got me really sick after an appointment he did while he was super sick...even with his mask on...and then denied it!) again. After that, I'm fu*king outta there. Oh and p.s. they overcharged me by more than $500 over a few visits and after requesting they money back in December, I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE CHECK.
