  • Outstanding customer service. I had a problem with one of my mechanical valves that caused a clog and a burst pipe. Barefoot fixed the burst pipe, but neither of realized the cause was a bad valve. The burst burst again. We figured out the valve problem and Barefoot fixed the burst pipe again for free. Then they gave me a quote to redo my filter and heater plumbing, which is apparently not standard. The price on the quote was very reasonable and we will have them complete this work in the fall. I would highly recommend them for their outstanding customer service. Chris Kracht.
