  • I do not have an experience moving out and getting charged because I still live here . So far I can give this place 5 stars. The apartment complex is really nice you don't have to worry about the surrounding area. The price can be a little on the high side but nobody is making you live here , you sign the lease. It is super convenient if you work on the strip. It is usually a 5 minute drive to and from work. The average person living here is older and keeps the complex very quiet no loud parties or annoyances. When I have had maintenance request they have come 30 minutes later to check it out. They just built a new gym and clubhouse and they are amazing. If you don't have a super expensive car, covered parking isn't needed. I never have a hard time finding parking. Pet fees are $30 a month plus deposits. Security is great, complex is very secure. Staff is great , super nice and helpful.
