If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give CenturyLink. I haven't had a bill that's been the same amount since I signed up with these guys six months ago. They're masters of bait-and-switch, nickel-and-dime, wearing out customers--you name the trick, they pull it. After one last attempt to renegotiate a fair deal with a national customer service manager, I thought I'd succeeded ... only to find a letter in my mailbox stating that their rates are going up. Bye bye ...
