  • This has been my experience: I've gone to them nine times with two different cars (I counted the receipts) - both American cars. Five of the nine times, I had to return because something was wrong with the job. Two of the nine times, I had to return more than once. They didn't charge me for the additional work and they didn't argue with me....therefore I gave them 2 starts (ok this part is subjective). The last time they quoted me about $950 for some work. I thought that was really expensive, so I went to the dealer (yes the new car dealership) and they performed the work for $400. I haven't had to go back = the dealer did the job right. Although I've only heard really good things about them, I haven't (unfortunately) shared that experience.
