  • Bought my shiny new 2016 Kia Soul Plus from Jim Marsh Kia in December, first off a little about the car... It is an awesome ride!!! The dealer gave me a good deal, honest trade in on my 2004 Kia Sorento with 240k on the ticker and several incentives they didn't have too. NOW, after the sale. I have been there a couple of times to visit and once to have the car serviced. Every time I've been back they have been super friendly, never rushed in talking to me, always asked about the car, and have even received an occasional perk :-D... The Service Department is quick and why wouldn't it be... its a new car!! My favorite service advisor, Cynthia Weaver is a crack up and fun to work with. I admit that I am a stickler when it comes to my cars. I have never been disappointed with Jim Marsh Automotive. The only draw back for me, and the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars, for me it is a 60 mile round trip, but admittedly, when I am there it makes me feel glad I am... Also, they have lots of neat things to look at. If you buy from them you get a trip to Jim Marsh's Money Machine... A chance to catch cash blowing around inside a phone booth (remember those?) sized booth.
