  • I've been coming here for the occasional pedicure since I moved to the area in 2011. Overall I've been happy with the service. About a year ago I noticed a change in personnel. There were other changes as well, indicating a change of ownership. But I didn't notice any changes in the quality of service which is why I returned. My experience today wasn't as favorable as previous visits. The sales pitch was non-stop. I came in for a pedicure and manicure and was asked to add on at least 4 other services. I understand wanting to make more money. Who doesn't? I would have overlooked that had the services I requested been satisfactory. The pedicure & manicure were rushed and a couple of standard services were skipped. I always tip well and did so on this occasion, but when I got home and looked at the results I felt like I still needed a pedicure & manicure. This has been the only disappointing visit I've had at Liberty Nails. I'm hoping it was an atypical situation. I'm giving it 3 stars because of the previous satisfactory visits. Otherwise I would have given it 2 stars.
