| - Asked for a Vente Decaf, said they could do an Americano and I asked if it was more, which they said it was just a little more; upon further inquiry I asked and they said 75 cents. First of all, if they don't have decaf coffee ready, why should I have to pay more for their Americano over the price of a pour over if they don't have decaf ready.
So...they put the cup in the pour over area and I watched it, from a distance, and there seemed to be no activity near the cup for 15 minutes so I went back up and inquired and the girl (not the original guy that helped me) said sorry, I didn't see it (didn't the guy tell her? They were not even that busy. Could the guy not have started it?).
Finally, 20 minutes later, my decaf is ready (and very good at that) but they didn't ask me my name so I didn't know it was minegg sitting up there and when I asked, they pointed to it but it wasn't checked Decaf so I hope it is, here we go oh boy...
There going to be surprised when I ask for a refill in a few minutes, compliments of my Gold Card, of course, will let you know...
Went back for my refill and told the guy (new guy) and he said it would have to be a pour over, which he said I probably already knew. I said yes, I know, I had to wait 20 minutes for the first one as they forgot to make it, to which he said "unfortunately, that's the risk you take with a pour over."
Second one came quicker, as expected, but not feeling all warm and fuzzy right now.
