  • I love this place! Over the last 35ish years, my dad has amassed quite a vinyl LP collection, but due to his illness my family has had to consolidate his things. To our dismay, we found almost a 1,000 records and I think I've schlepped about half all over Phoenix trying to sell them. From east to west valley, this store is by far the best little gem I found! Mike is very knowledgeable about music, and will give you a fair amount if you're selling. As Noelle K said, you can find a dollar record or some pretty expensive ones. Forget about every other store you have heard of or know about. I think I've been to all of them - the scary ones that make you wonder if you're going to get mugged, the well known ones that aren't serious about LP's, or the owners that come across as douche-bags. He also buys/sells the equipment to listen to records. What I've discovered amongst my travels, is that if you are serious about LP's, you have to go to the 'In' Groove. Once I'm done schlepping, I'm headed back to start my own collection!
