if there was a negative star i would give -100 stars
1) you can explain your situation to a 5 year old and he would understand you better
2) no one speaks English
3) they charge $8 a month for annual fee
4) to get a credit line increase you have to pay them $$$$$$
5) to pay your bill online or over the phone you have to pay more fees
6) no email conformation
7) they say what they have to say and just hangup the phone on you
8) you ask to speak to supervisor they don't transfer your call
9) you ask a question about your own account they say they are not allowed to give out the information
10) you verify your name,account number social and dob, 2 minutes later they ask the same question again
11) you payoff your card next month you will get another annual fee charge
12) annual fee for them dosn't mean yearly its monthly
