  • I had a katsu don. Overall, it tastes good. Sauce tastes perfect. Little too much rice though. I wish the chef would have put the egg on top of the rice around the fried pork just so that it'll keep it crispier. Thought too much juice/sauce at the bottom of bowl but considering the amount of rice, it's ok. (If you'd finish all the rice.) I would have given 5 stars if 1) less rice/juicy sauce, 2) crispier fried pork.
