  • Love the bed. Customer service SUCKS !!!!!!!had nothing but problems for 3 weeks, finally got bed connected to phone after countless calls and online tries to customer service reps, and they were rude and uncaring. Would not recommend them to anyone! 1/29 Finally got a caring person thank you Chris V. Is going to refund delivery charge and gave us a free set of sheets. Company should hire more of him!!!!! THANKS Chris V.
