  • I arrived today at 3pm and requested a 60 minute foot massage. I was greeted warmly and shown to a massage station. Then I heard the receptionist on the phone several times trying to find a massage therapist. After 2 long conversations, she handed me the phone. Someone on the other end explained that the massage people were at lunch and it would be 1 hour before they could start. I am a patient man, but not that patient. I came here because I am a local and the reviews were good. But it is also important to have staff available when a customer arrives.
