  • Our ac stopped working sometime in the middle of the night (I assume). At 8 am it was already 76 degrees in the house and climbing. Checked Yelp and reviews looked excellent for MD Air. Called them and they answered right away Spoke to James. Said he'd be out no later than noon, this was about 10 00 am. He and his wife showed at 11, found the problem immediately and it wound up being the fan in the ac unit. They could have told us anything. They were ahead of schedule, replaced the fan unit for $399, which included the $49 service call. Punctual, honest, pleasant and ac working great at minimum cost. Highly recommend. Philb
