rev:text	Beware - you may never be able to connect to the "Free WiFi"!! We stayed at the Residence Inn for 4 days and were never able to access the WiFi. We informed the front office staff in case there was a router that was down or something and were told that the reason we couldn't connect was because they were at full capacity and everyone was trying to access the WiFi. Well, if you advertise that you have WiFi, you should have enough bandwidth to accommodate all your customers even when the hotel is fully booked. Thank goodness I was not on a business trip wherein WiFi for my laptop would have been a must. On the plus side, the free breakfast is great! Tons of choices for a family that has varying tastes and some picky eaters. However, I was little concerned over the fact that they stack boxes of perishable food (breakfast sausage etc.) in a non-refrigerated, plain old hallway for hours at a time. I saw probably 18 boxes of perishable food (stacked 8 x 3 high). At first I thought that they were using the hallway as a staging area prior to moving to cold storage but a couple of hours later when we passed by the same boxes were still there. I touched them and they still felt cold - probably because the contents were originally frozen - but shouldn't these items be transferred to a cold storage area ASAP? The room was decent but the sofa bed was the super cheap 2-inch flimsy mattress type. Overall, the place was decent but because of the lack of WiFi, we won't stay there again.
