  • I bought a set of wustoff cutlery and one of the handles melted after the first wash. Only half of the knives came in the box. 299 dollars worth. I think I have 6 total and one with a melted handle. Condescending employee told me he'd see what he could do which in other words sounded like nothing. Won't be back - ever.
