  • Hard to find storefront, service without a smile, and surprisingly high prices. Went to get a dress altered and they charged me $95 because it was a "complicated" dress. Yeah, I guess there were three layers that had to be taken up and the sides had to be taken in so maybe that's justified, HOWEVER they also said it would take three weeks. The day it was supposed to be ready I showed up around lunchtime to pick it up and saw it hanging up in the workroom. THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED WORKING ON IT. There was some stone faced apologizing and I was told to come back at 5 pm. It was ready at 5 and the work, I have to admit, was fine. The dress held up and fits well. Saved the place from getting one star. On the other hand, if I pay almost the cost of the dress in just alteration fees, I expect it to be ready on-time. They also only take cash or check. There's an ATM in the store. Just FYI, especially since the price is likely going to be higher than you think it should be. Will not be going back for any further alterations.
