  • Ok I feel like I need to update this review...maaaaaaybe I was little quick to judge after they gave me back a giant fluff ball of a dog. A couple days later and after giving him a bath at home, his hair looks much more normal. I understand why they brushed him out (to make sure he doesn't get matting), but I DO think that they should have spent time with me helping me understand what they were going to do, and that they should have been very specific about what they were going to cut. It was his first grooming appointment ever and I wasn't given any expectations. Maybe the guy at the front was having a rough day, I don't know - but better communication would have made this experience much better. Again, everyone else at Petco has been incredible and I love the training classes. Keoni is SO nice and really knowledgeable about training.
