Not impressed. They had many appointments open. I ended up going to the ER, called them at 2am to cancel my morning appointment. For some reason I was unable to prompt the machine to leave a message. So I went to their website and filled out the form to let them know.
I didn't go to bed until 7am. I get a call about the appointment. Ok, I call back and them know the issues with reaching them.
The woman was extremely rude. Basically it was my fault. Now they don't have any appointments available for the next month.
If this is how you treat your new patients, I will pass. Good luck.
