  • Seriously, worst insurance ever. My car was hit outside my house by someone who is insured by them and I decided to go through my insurance for the claim. By the time I got to speak to them they were claiming I was lying about the damage to the car (according to their client), first of their client was drunk and was taken to jail right after the accident. For them to have the nerve to accuse me of lying is insane! Clearly there was a police report I had to get for them since they were accusing me. The lady I was dealing with Tierza was terrible! She has such a bad customer service. She told me I needed to get a rental car and pay for it out of pocket and then I would be reimbursed, it's been 3 weeks since I turned in my receipt for reimbursement and I have no even heard back from them. I called and they told me they might not pay any part of the rental car.... hmmm what??? She clearly stated they would reimburse me. Now I have to wait longer to speak to a supervisor, we will see if she can help at all. lol whatever you do do not get this insurance company, stay away from them
