If I could give 0 stars I would. So I switched to this vet because my previous vet stopped taking our insurance. I was excited because it's like 5 minuets from my house. Had an appointment at 9:45 and when I got there they informed me the doctor wouldn't be in until 2 ( and that he's usually late)
Strike one: is for not calling to reschedule your appointments when you knew he wasn't going to be in.
I needed a refill for a dietary supplement. The lady at the front office called my old vet and got his lab results from last October and called the Doctor to see if they could just give me the medication. He said no and said he would need to draw labs (added expense) of course he's going to want labs so he can charge me. The blood work you have is only 4 months old.
Lastly it seems like the doctor there shows up when he wants to. I was told he has appointments Monday-Wednesday but sometimes he doesn't show up. I haven't even met him and I'm not a fan. Seems like when he wants to work he will. Bad move on the office staff to not call and reschedule when the doctor isn't there.
The front office looked clean...but that's as far as I ever got.
Edit: So I the lady at front desk had to special order the dog food I needed for my dog...this was before I realized how horrible this vet was. So today I went to pick it up....and the doors were locked and no one there. It was Monday around 11:30 am.
