  • I brought my 4 month old unit in for warranty work in January. Since then not once has the service department ever reached out to me unless I initiated the communication. Even then it's like pulling teeth to get a call back. No one knows what's going on. One call they tell me parts have been ordered and my unit should be ready in a few days and the next I'm told parts haven't been ordered and it will be a few more weeks. It has now been in the shop for 4 MONTHS! These were MINOR repairs folks! I'll never purchase or have any of my units serviced at this dealership again! They truly couldn't care less about the customer experience AFTER purchase. I'm not just disappointed, I'm disgusted at how I've been treated.
