My partner and I went with every intention of buying. We went a week prior so I can size his big ol' dome but decided to bring him to make sure I got the perfect fit. We went in, there was no greet. We were looking at the front table Panama hats clearly interested in at least one. I asked the reluctant sales girl If there were any more hats in the back or any more sizes anywhere else. She says no and continues to just stand there and watch us shuffle through their selections. Being a sales person, I loath poor customer service and theirs were the worst I've seen in a while. 3 associates in an intimate setting and NO ONE offered any help. It's a sad day when you want to spend money and people just don't want it. Luckily Tommy Bahamas were more accommodating and we walked out with a $150 fedora and a Happy Birthday boy. Chapel you need a serious restaff.
