  • Former resident. I lived in Pebble Cove apartments for about four years. I always felt safe there. In my experience it was always quiet and peaceful. It's an older property that could use a remodel. The kitchen cabinets are horrendous and then there's the moth infestation, cockroaches and the ever so poisonous Scorpions. Which with consistent cleaning and pest control seemed to go away over time. The office staff and maintenance guys were very nice to me. Whenever I needed something fixed it was done. The exterior could be a bit cleaner especially in the back of the property (trash everywhere at times).
