  • Do NOT shop here! The store is huge with a great selection but the quality is crap and doesn't last a year. Have been through 2 of the same dining room tables in the first 3 months and finally just ask for a refund, which took a month and at least 10 phone calls and a trip to the store to finally receive my money. Now here we are 13 mos later and my coffee and console table are separating and you can see unfinished wood in the cracks. I filed a claim with VIP (the extended warranty we purchased for $268) and were denied because they technician says it's from excessive water damage! These tables have never seen water and are only dusted with a swiffer. Now I guess I am suppose to spend hours trying to dispute this. Something that they can probably make right in 20 minutes with some matching stain.
