  • I'm writing this as I prepare to check out of the room I've stayed in for the past 2 nights. The reasons I've taken a star off are because the tub/shower curtain has that sour smell and I can smell cigarette smoke coming from a nearby room (my room is a non smoking). The location makes it convenient to get on the expressway and there's shopping and food nearby. My check in process was smooth. The room appeared clean and its nice to have a microwave and fridge. The room darkening curtains helped me sleep. I didn't awaken with back pain and the pillows are soft yet firm. The bathroom linens could have been a little cleaner and had a stale smell. The towels are not the big luxurious kind I'm used to but I got dry. Didn't try breakfast but the fitness center was okay. 3 pieces of equipment. I used the bike and treadmill and passed on the arm machine. It got warm in there! I parked in the front because my room was in the front. The decor is Cleveland landmarks. Overall I'm very pleased for the amount I was charged per night. I've been in more expensive hotels and been less impressed. This smoke smell is bothering me so I'm out...
