  • I tried really, really hard to not give them this review. I was so patient with them and the issues over the years. I've been a patient there for about 10 years. I used their midwives for my 1st pregnancy 3 years ago. I liked most of the midwives but really disliked that office in general. The front office could care less and was rude and the wait times and phone waits were so long. I had a miscarriage in early 2015 and needed surgery. The way I was handled was so terrible, they were cold, literally forgot about scheduling my surgery - I had to call them to find out what was going on. I ended up having a serious conversation with the manager Joan because I was so fed up with this office. She was very kind, pledged that they were making changes and would be better. I appreciated the opportunity to give her my feedback directly before writing a review. I continued to dislike the overall feel of that location so switched to the Gilbert/Baseline office for my prenatal care with my baby that was born this year. It was better, but still issues with billing and ultrasound techs. (I swear I'm not high maintenance either! I have friends who had the exact same issues with that location that I did). I had several appointments where the provider I saw mixed up my chart/info with someone else and was giving me the wrong info. How that does that happen multiple times?? It's like they're so busy they don't even read your chart before they come in. I wanted to change providers entirely but just stuck with it for this pregnancy and ended up liking Dr. Adams who delivered my baby. And now, I waited 6 weeks to get an appointment with her for my regular well-women exam, they called with less than a week's notice to say my appointment has been cancelled and I need to reschedule (mind you there was no apology or anything remotely apologetic about their message to reschedule). I called to get a new appointment and it's another 6 weeks before I can get in with her, no apology for wasting my time or reasonable explanation for their poorly managed office. I'm SO SICK OF THIS OFFICE. I tried, I gave them so many chances, I was fair and reasonable, I went direct to the source with any issues I had, and they literally cannot help themselves from offering terrible patient care and customer service. I understand they're one of the top volume providers in the EV (keyword, volume = you're treated like a number). They have multiple locations and tons of doctors, but there is nothing patient-centric about them any more. Sad, but true.
