  • My roommate and I lived here for over 2 years and we loved it the whole time we lived there. Beautiful, quiet apartment in a gated complex. Up-to-date appliances, great views, high ceilings, and huge bathrooms. The office staff (especially Jessica) were always welcoming and recognized us. We were able to get our lease adjusted to a 6 month rather than a 7 at renewal and our rent never went up while we signed 3 leases in our time there. Only a few downsides: Maintenance takes quite awhile to complete requests. Usually 3-4 days and only after a second phone call. After we moved out we were charged a 195 carpet cleaning fee and a 30 dollar cleaning fee, even though no where in the lease does it say you're responsible for cleaning your carpets in the apartment. So make sure you watch out for that. Despite those things, I'd highly recommend this complex. We enjoyed our time there.
