First spa experience! We did this as a couple activity to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary.
Make reservations early for the spa treatments! I didn't think that things would book up a month in advance but they do. The website is hard to use and there are more appointments it seems like when you call vs booking online.
The spa itself is very nice. There are three stories and you can do the water circuit the top two floors and the garden pool area outside. We tried all the water circuit. The first one: wet sauna and cold bath and then big hot tub outside. Second one: dry sauna and cold bath. Third one was upstairs - dry sauna and outdoor cold bath. We had to go to our spa treatments after - scrub for me and therapeutical massage for him. The scrub is gentle, not like the Korean scrubs (not that I have been to them, but I imagine they are rougher). Hubby said massage was nice but not deep enough. After the scrub, I checked out the outdoor circuit while waiting. There was a hot steam sauna and huge cold pool and then a relaxation warm pool. Seems that the outside ones people are more chatty, so it's more for people to socialize. The inside places are more quiet. The outside area, if you keep walking to the bridge area, in the back, there are hidden hammocks! That was a nice surprise.
After hubby finished his massage, we did one more circuit - the second floor wet sauna again and the cold bath (I tried the cold shower this time). We showered and then got ready to leave.
Some more tips: seems less crowded during the early morning on a Saturday - by the end of our visit around noon, seemed like a ton more people and less quiet in the spas.
I wish they had unlimited towels. They give you a robe and a towel in the beginning and by the time I finished everything, my towel was soaking wet. Same with my robe.
