  • Went there again for a routine oil change. The oil techs start to talk trash about my truck up and down "It needs this, this is cracking, this is installed incorrectly etc." They need to tone it down. Quit saying so many absurd things. I don't care if the cabin filter is "dangerously dirty". They must be used to talking to people that don't know absolutely anything about cars. If it wasn't for the free vacuum and included car wash, I'd go somewhere else.
