  • I'm seriously border line about this one. I see a lot of awesome reviews about this very blue show followed by a good number of "Don't waste your time and spend your money on Thunder from Down Under." For what its worth, I have no regrets. I do not feel like I wasted my money on this show. Heck, it was only about $60. Although I sat in the corner, I was in the front right behind the splash zone. If you're into percussions, then this show is just your alley. Throughout the show, the blue men do engage the audience quite a bit. Whether the people they pick are real audiences or sit in actors, some of it is entertaining. With that being said, I will warn you that there are skits that make no real sense or have a point. At time you might find yourself sitting there asking, what was the point of this? Buy hey, it's Blue Man Group. There's no define lay out. Just random looney acts that gives you the impression that only young kids or crack addicts would be able to comprehend. From what I remember, this show started out at the Luxor hotel then upgraded to the Venetian. It's been running for some time now and they still have a full crowd in attendance. If you're into shows, then watching this one at least one time isn't going to kill you. It has taken me this long to finally witness it and now I can cross it off my list. The show has survived this long for a reason. So like Snoop Dogg says, hang that blue flag (bandana) from the backside, that's the left side, yeah, that's the Crip side & enjoy the show.
