  • We couldn't be happier with the fast and professional service received . The day prior to NVM coming out, a different company came first to fix our AC. The technician said they needed to order a part that would take 3-5 business days. The technician wrote "NO ROOM" on the service ticket, whatever that meant/stupid! Needless to say NVM was called to come out the next day, and their technician Tim had our AC up and running in less than 2 hours. We are ecstatic with their service and highly recommend.
