  • I chose not to shop at any Wal Mart, however yesterday I was in a bind and needed some quick items. The store was well stocked and that's the reason for the 1 star. My biggest complaint is the COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE at check out. The receipt doesn't state this woman's name so I can't call the store. She didn't acknowledge me, didn't smile, and didn't even tell me my total! I wasn't aware your machines uses the chip and after swiping my card TWICE I finally asked - why she didn't tell me off the bat is beyond me. I am so disgusted with this woman's overall vibe. What kind of miserable people do you hire? Also, there was a decent line and she took her sweet time. Never coming back again, next time I'll drive the extra few minutes to Target down the street.
