Underwhelming. If I could give 2.5 stars, I would. I've been three times and it's just okay. The food doesn't have much flavor and tastes like something I'd whip together from basic ingredients at home.
The gluten-free chicken parmesan doesn't have any crust - it's just a plain chicken breast with marinara and cheese. Pretty disappointing and definitely something the waiter should have explained. There is no gluten-free pasta option - they sub out vegetables for pasta. I'm glad we ordered a side of risotto on the side to add some flavor and texture to the plate. Chicken picatta is decent. Gelato dessert was icy.
A waiter dropped a spoon full of marinara by accident that spayed sauce all across the restaurant and my wool coat. The manager gave me a $40 gift card to make up for the dry cleaning expense, which was very kind and generous. Friendly service overall.
