  • What a bunch of clowns. I hope corporate reads this. You have a potential gold mine with the location, but how can you be successful when you have a bunch of numbskulls running it? Let me explain. We love Boba, been drinking it since the first Boba tea stand opened in AZ. So we were excited to see one on our home turf of Scottsdale. Home cooked boba? Yummy. But thats were the praise stops. Every time we've been to this place the line has be ridiculously long. There seems to be no system in place. Management needs to fire these guys immediately. Heres what I witnessed on 2 separate occasions. 1. One guy apparently taking his sweet time making boba (He has a man bun and earrings, we will call him: Man Bun), instead of trying to make multiple orders in a batch, decides to wash lids/blenders while the screen has 10+ orders piling up. The other guy (we will call him: Big Guy) tried to offer help. Man Bun guy declines. Big Guy steps up and tries his best. 2. Orders now placed Big Guy trying his best (management should keep this guy). Man Bun apparently "high" taking his time. Back to washing to lids, instead of making Boba. He is either totally high, or incompetent. 3. New Man bun guy (no earrings, we will call him: Man Bun 2) comes out from back, blowing nose and then using register then serving customers. WITHOUT WASHING HANDS. GROSS. Somebody needs to call health inspector. 4. Trash piling up. Nobody cares. See peoples photos. Management needs to either 1. fire everybody (except Big Guy). 2. Drug Test Man Bun Guy 3. Fire Man Bun 2 (not hand washing? Lawsuit). Get it together!!!!
