  • Customer service at this location was terrible, but the ice cream was good. There was a line when I went, and when it was my turn, the attendant asked for the order of the people behind me. I politely told him that I haven't been served yet, and the man rolled his eyes at me and said "okay what do you want". I was a bit taken aback and said he could finish taking the other people's orders but he sort of just looked at me. I quickly told him my order, paid, and got out of there asap. I like going to marble slab with friends for their cute ice cream cones, but the customer service has turned me off from this place a couple times. I get they must be tired, but seriously is it so hard to just be polite?
